Salim Babu names provisional squad for AFCON U17 CECAFA qualifiers

Coach Salim Babu has named his provisional squad for the upcoming AFCON U-17 CECAFA qualifiers, scheduled to take place from Saturday, December 14, 2024 in Kampala Uganda.

The team is expected to join camp on Friday, November 29, 2024 and travel to the host nation on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.

The tournament draw is set to take place on Thursday, November 28, 2024 at 3pm and will involve 9 teams, including hosts Uganda, Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan and Tanzania.

Coach Babu will be supported by assistant coach Anthony Akhulia as they aim to secure qualification for the continental tournament and add it in their repertoire of successes.
